Silver Needle Tea

Silver Needle white tea is the most famous white tea in the world, composed of only whole buds. The least processed of all tea types, after picking the buds are simply withered and dried naturally over four days. This simple processing brings out fresh spring flower, melon, cucumber and honey flavors. Silver Needle is exceedingly rare and beloved by tea connoisseurs.

Golden Tips Tea

Unlike most other black teas, this tea is composed mostly of golden tips. The result is an intense aroma of roasted and creamy chestnut with a creamy and smooth texture. The medium-bodied tea produces subtle flavor notes of honey. Most characteristic of this tea are its velvety, creamy mouth feel, and pronounced minerality. Our Golden Tips body is lighter compared to other black teas, but this is
one of the most complex and delicious black teas on the planet.

Black Tea

Black teas are the most oxidized of all tea types. They undergo every step of tea processing from plucking, withering, rolling, oxidation, and drying. For fresh black teas, oxidation is a significant step as this is where the flavor of the teas is built. Consequently, black teas possess stronger flavor profile than white, green or oolong teas.

White Tea

Like almost all other teas, the white tea leaves come from the same Camellia sinensis plant. The name ‘white tea’ comes from the fine, silvery‐white hairs that cover the unopened buds of the plant. However, when brewed, the liquid tea is not white or transparent but rather a pale, light yellow. Although there exists no consensus on how white tea should be processed, there are two commonly accepted methods. The first
involves minimal processing, where the loose leaves are withered for a long time before they are dried, and in the second, the loose leaves are first steamed or fired in order to deactivate Polyphenol oxidase, and then dried. Our white tea is produced from young buds that are plucked early in a harvest season, at an elevation of 6000 ft and higher. Here, the air is cold and the flavors have ample opportunity to mature and intensify. The tea buds are plucked and laid out in the open where they are withered for a long time before being dried
and packed. The Silver Needle tea is the best example of the finest white tea.

Green Tea

Green tea is the least oxidized or processed tea type. Our green tea is made from young tea leaves plucked towards the close of the flush or harvest season. Although green teas are made from the Camellia sinensis leaves it does not undergo the same withering and oxidation process used to make oolong teas and black teas. Fresh and organic green teas hold the most benefits.
